ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a relaxing sensation triggered by the sounds of whispering, page-turning, or eating. Many report a tingling sensation on the scalp that moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. For this video, I visited Whisper Lodge, a spa-themed performance that brings ASMR to life.
